Delete your GenK account
You can delete your GenK account and all associated data at any time.
From the app (fastest)

Open GenK and go to Profile → Settings → Account.

Tap Delete account (or Delete my data if you use GenK without signing in).

Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
By request
If you no longer have access to the app, email hello@genk.app from the address linked to your account (or include your username) with the subject "Delete my account". We process deletion requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account credentials, profile (username, learning goals, topics, age range), learning history and progress, quiz history, streaks and rewards, notification preferences, and analytics identifiers. Purchase records required for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes may be retained where the law requires; active subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings, as stores do not allow us to cancel them for you.
